D20n Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the d20n platform. Continued use of our platform means you agree to all provisions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d20n platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the d20n platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the d20n platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.
D20n reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform, and the updated date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one registered account on the d20n platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. d20n will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. d20n reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in a temporary account suspension.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity occurring under their account is lawful and complies with these terms, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by the user themselves or by any third party who gained access to the account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
D20n platform users agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set by the platform. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of regulations in force in Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform's systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Impersonating another person or providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Disrupting other users or engaging in any conduct that compromises the integrity or security of the platform.
- Attempting to launder money or transfer funds obtained through illegal means via the d20n platform.
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action if deemed necessary by d20n management.
4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the d20n platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid before confirming any transaction.
D20n does not store any credit or debit card information directly. All payment processing is handled through secure third-party systems with appropriate encryption. Users are advised to review the privacy policy of the relevant payment provider for further details.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timelines and policies set by the platform. d20n reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals subject to verification requirements, including identity verification, source of funds verification, or other applicable compliance requirements. Any transaction suspected to be fraudulent or involving illicit funds will be referred to the relevant authorities.
Transaction errors reported within the specified timeframe will be investigated by the d20n team. Users are responsible for reviewing their transaction history regularly and reporting any discrepancies within a reasonable period.
5. Liability Limitations, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The d20n platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. d20n makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, d20n shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
D20n reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to recover any funds held in the account, unless otherwise determined by d20n management following an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the d20n support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding obligations have been settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the d20n platform are the exclusive property of d20n management or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content from this platform without prior written consent from d20n.
Third-Party Links
The d20n platform may contain links or references to third-party services. d20n is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
D20n reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the most current version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the d20n platform shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent it can be enforced, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
